Deposits: Guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to one day's rate or 25% of the total (whichever is greater) and payable at the time the reservation is made. This can be by either debit card, credit card or cheque. We accept Visa and Mastercard for which we apply a charge of £2.00 per transaction. When we receive your deposit, we will send a confirmation letter to you.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable up to 21 days prior to arrival. The exception to this will be during peak holiday times and special events when deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
