Glenshieling House Hotel provides four star accredited accommodation in Blairgowrie Perthshire Scotland

Rosemary and Catherine extend a warm welcome to those of you looking for somewhere to stay in Perthshire: whether you prefer to go Bed and Breakfast or Self-Catering.

We cater for Singles, Couples, groups of Friends and the self-catering Lodge, (sleeps 5), is ideal for Families. Our aim is to look after you and to provide for your comfort and wellbeing. We want you to feel relaxed and pampered during your stay with us.

Glenshieling House and Glenshieling Lodge are non-smoking properties with plenty of private parking for residents. Both places are set back from the road and situated in just under 3-acres of garden and woodlands. Glenshieling offers its guests a peaceful haven in a beautiful location, well away from the noise and bustle of every day life. Please feel welcome to bring your dog if he/she is well behaved.

The House, built in 1893, is a Victorian Villa that is grade C listed for its local architectural significance. It has five well appointed rooms (one on the ground floor); all of which are ensuite. The bedrooms provide accommodation as follows: -

You will find Glenshieling just off the A93 road, which leads to the ski slopes of Glenshee and to Braemar and Royal Deeside. We are also ideally situated for sightseeing, golfing, shooting, fishing, walking, adventurous sports activities and shopping.

Whilst the House has few suitable facilities for children, sited within the grounds of Glenshieling is a self-catering Victorian Lodge. The Lodge comfortably sleeps five and has a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a sitting-room , shower room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom accommodation includes a family room, which has a double and a single bed, and a twin-bedded room. The lodge is non-smoking.
